Annual Pre-June BBQ Out in the Woods
We have our annual BBQ just before June because that is the cutoff-date for open fires in the country around here (too high a possibility of damage June through August) (see previous BBQs here and here – most never made it past Facebook). So, off eight of us went yesterday to the far end of Huescar, 4 cars, lots of grub. Ahead of us the usual animal traffic jam…
15 minutes later we were up and running just at the back of Huescar.
Still some decent social distancing going on, despite lots of cars, the next lot of people (Spanish families) were a good distance away.
I went off to get a distance shot of our little group.
Very tranquil out there in the woods. A nice little church in the middle of no-where. I’m still working on the difference between WC and WS.
You can’t beat a nice afternoon in the country – personal preference – better even than the beach? Lake would be my favourite but it’s still a TAD early in the year for that, the water is enticing until you actually get into it 🙂
