The sun is out, we have a new robot vacuum and much more
A lot happening right now… the weather is definitely improving and I’ve lots of new tech toys to play with, all we need now is for the UK to open up to those who’ve had their Covid injections and we’re all set for a visit. Meanwhile, it looks like the one eyesore within earshot of our cave is being turned, slowly but surely into a home. The amount of digging going on across the hill beggars belief.

Galera town centre is looking ready for the expected rush of visitors in the summer though right now it looks odd with so few people out there on a sunny early evening….

I’ve been using the odd dull day here in Spain to brush up on my home control tech and catch up on my reviews – including the 21st-century equivalent of the original Philips Electronics Kits which helped determine my lifelong hobby – I have four such kits – all different – all of which will soon need a good home as they are really meant for kids. One even lets you create a working mobile phone!!

Since the end of May we’re no longer able to have BBQs in public areas (fire risk) until the end of summer but at least we can enjoy the fantastic local countryside.

Meanwhile, Maureen’s been doing a spot of painting, reading and sewing and we both have a new source of entertainment – the new robot vacuum.
That’s it for now.
