We've had a home in Spain for more than 14 years and it is now our permanent base though we retain a small home in the UK.

This is the Spanish website for Peter and Maureen Scargill. We have a wonderful cave home in Galera in Andalucía and this site is about our adventure. When we’re not here, we’re in the Northeast of England.

In most of the cooler months, Maureen and I live in Northumberland, but increasingly in the summer, we spend our time in Andalucia. This is the story of our adventure – nine years and counting.
