A Cracking Night
Another entertaining evening yesterday, solving the world’s problems with our neighbours and pals John and Julia (who is holding the camera). Thanks guys – great night.
Today after recovering from the evening,Maureen and I headed off to Baza for groceries but not before visiting the pool Pescina El Lago at Los Olivos and of course, a light lunch as Emilios… the pool is very nice – though a little noisy – why British kids seem louder than Spanish kids I’ll never understand. However – had a great time – nice cold water – well maintained – lovely. Friday we plan to try the pool at Castril, time permitting. Had a call today from friends we’ve not heard from for a while back in the UK who’re planning to visit in August – that’ll be nice. It’s going to be a busy month.
Meanwhile I came back, having emptied my (junk-free) mailbox this morning, to well over 100 emails. I’ve been working hard on some new tiny computers which arrived from China for me to review – that’s filled quite a bit of time and been very fruitful. More of that on the tech blog for those interested. Between that and keeping an eye on what Trump is up to is almost a full time job!
